Knox Warrior Elite is a post-season running club built for athletes from Christian Academy of Knoxville and the greater Knoxville community who want to keep competing after the school season ends.
We believe athletic excellence and personal character go hand in hand. Our club extends the CAK competitive calendar into indoor track, outdoor post-season meets, club invitationals, and cross country — giving dedicated runners more opportunity to grow and compete at a high level.

Coach Rouse brings championship-level coaching experience, a runner's heart, and a deep commitment to developing the whole athlete — body, mind, and spirit. As head coach at CAK and a competitive marathoner herself, she understands what it takes to perform at the highest level while keeping faith and family at the center.

Open to current and former CAK athletes and qualifying Knoxville-area runners. Coach Rouse reviews all membership applications.

Knox Warrior Elite is open to middle school and high school athletes from CAK and the greater Knoxville area who are committed to competing and developing year-round.
